Materials:
- Fat quarter green
- Fat quarter pink
- Fat quarter light pink
Cutting Instructions:
- One 6 1/2″ (cm) square green, cut on one diagonal (corner triangle)
- One 6 1/2″ (16.5 cm) square pink, cut on one diagonal (corner triangle)
- One 9” square green, cut on one diagonal (center triangle)
- One 9” square pink, cut on one diagonal (center triangle)
- Four 10 1/2” (16.5 cm) x 1” light pink strips
Sewing Instructions:
- Find the middle of the long edge of a corner triangle piece and the middle of the light pink. With right sides together, match the middles and stitch. Press towards the triangle. Repeat for the other three corner triangles.
- Using a pink corner, find the center of the long side of the light pink strip. With the green center triangle point up, find the center of the short left side. With right sides together, match the middles and stitch. Press the seam towards the center triangle.
- Using the other pink corner, find the center of the long side of the light pink strip. With the green center triangle point up, find the center of the short right side. With right sides together, match the middles and stitch. Press the seam towards the corner triangle.
- Repeat with the green corner triangles and pink center triangle.
- With right sides together, stitch the two sections together along the long edge of the center triangle.
