How do I print patterns off at home?
Members can print off patterns at home with just a few clicks! Our printable patterns are located at the bottom of pattern pages; if a project has a printable pattern, you will see a button at the bottom of the page below the additional project images. Click this button to download the pattern PDF. For clothing patterns that feature multiple sizes, we recommend downloading the free version of Adobe Acrobat to open the pattern, select your size, and print it off.
How do I turn layers off and on for graded patterns?
The majority of our clothing patterns are graded, meaning that you can select or de-select the sizes you need using the Layers feature in Adobe Acrobat. Please note that this feature is used for some of our clothing patterns, not all PDF downloads.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the download button. Download, save, and open your clothing pattern in Adobe Acrobat. On the left side of the screen, select the Layers feature. Select/de-select the sizes you need by clicking on the size boxes desired.
How do I download machine embroidery patterns?
Unlike normal PDF pattern downloads, machine embroidery patterns will download in a ZIP file. Machine embroidery patterns must be downloaded to an actual computer, instead of a phone or tablet. Please read your embroidery machine manual prior to downloading to see what file format your machine requires, as different embroidery machine brands require different file formats.
To download your machine embroidery pattern ZIP file, hit the download button at the end of the pattern page. Unzip the ZIP file and select the pattern file that is compatible with your embroidery machine. Do not open this file on your computer! Instead, you will need to move the file to a USB stick.
How do I transfer machine embroidery patterns to a USB stick?
The easiest way to transfer a file to a USB stick is through copying and pasting. Select the appropriate files for your machine (hold down the Ctrl key for multiple files), right click, and select Copy. Insert the USB stick into the USB port of your computer. Find the USB stick on your computer, right click, and select Paste. You can now take your USB stick to your embroidery machine. Please follow your machine manual on how to select the pattern you wish to use.
Another way to transfer patterns is by sending them directly from your computer to your USB stick. With the USB stick inserted into your computer, select the files you wish to transfer (hold down the Ctrl key for multiple files), right click, and select Send To. Then select the USB stick as the file destination.
What is your refund policy?
You may cancel your membership at any time; you will be refunded for any months you have not yet received. You will be reimbursed by check or credit card depending on the method of your original payment. Just contact us if you are unhappy for any reason at any time.
Hassle Free Automatic Renewal: To guarantee future savings, do nothing, and after your initial term your membership will automatically renew annually and your subscription(s) will continue uninterrupted. Before each term you will receive a reminder notice and unless you cancel, we will bill the credit card on file each year. Of course you can cancel anytime by contacting customer service and receive a refund of months not yet received.
